For the manufacture of through-plated PCBs & final surfaces
The COMPACTA MD tabletop electroplating module can be used universally for the chemical or galvanic deposition of metals. The compact arrangement of the treatment tanks in combination with high-quality system components enables the production of through-hole plated PCBs in the smallest of spaces. By adding additional treatment tanks for various end surfaces, professional PCBs can be produced using vertical technology.
The process baths used are based on environmentally friendly carbon technology (direct metallization with carbon as a catalyst). The systems have the following process steps: cleaning, catalyzing (carbon), micro-pickling, decapping, copper plating.
Thanks to the modular structure, the following additional processes can be integrated:
