COMPACTA is a universally applicable series of electroplating systems for the chemical or electroplating deposition of metals and is used for the production of through-plated PCBs in vertical technology for prototypes and small series production. The process baths used are based on environmentally friendly carbon technology (direct metallisation with carbon as a catalyst). The systems have the following process steps: cleaning, catalysing (carbon), drying, micro-pickling, stripping, copper plating.

Optimally designed treatment tanks and equipment enable uniform separation.
Standard process with various plant extensions depending on customer requirements or process sequence, such as additional electroplating tanks (tin plating (subtractive technique), desmear, blackening, tin stripper, stripper, negative resist), stripper cuvettes or final surfaces.
Adjustable product movement via movement frame with optional vibration device.
High rinsing quality and low water consumption thanks to cascade rinsing and stand/spray rinsing with foot switch.
