Single-tank system for electrolytic degreasing, electropolishing and electroplating of surfaces.
The table-top electroplating tanks for functional and decorative surface treatment in the TG appliance series can be used as electroplating or rinsing tanks. Supplementary accessories and anodes enable reliable surface treatment for various
areas of application.
The TG single tank system with a tank volume of 5 l / 10 l / 20 l / 50 l and 100 l allows treatment tanks to be individually configured. The table galvanising tanks can be converted to galvanising tanks with the ‘E’ upgrade kit or to flow rinses with the ‘S’ upgrade kit. Each tank can be equipped with a clip-on goods movement device with continuous forward and reverse movement or as a continuously adjustable device. The higher side walls and the folded, flat cover made of clear PVC prevent contamination and evaporation of the bath during electroplating. For bath heating, we offer Teflon or stainless steel heating elements with temperature control and dry-run protection, adapted to the tank sizes.
