Modul MRM 6

This module is suitable for the economical processing of various metals from batch rinsing baths, economy rinses and concentrates. Thanks to the improved cathode configuration, the efficiency has been increased many times over compared to the conventional system. This enables processing down to the ppm range.

Modul TG-MR

The metal recovery tanks are a flexibly upgradeable recovery system. The special cathode configuration has increased the surface area many times over, thereby optimising the cathode's absorption capacity. The electrolyte flows evenly and comprehensively through the anodes and cathodes via a distribution plate.

Process technology

The smallest cell, MRM6, can be integrated directly into the system and fed into the circuit by a magnetic circulation pump. Special multi-layer cathodes are used, creating a larger surface area that ensures a high deposition rate of the precious metals. The liquid-permeable cathodes are mounted together with the titanium expanded metal anodes in a plastic cell in such a way that they are optimally flowed through. In addition to the enlarged cathode surface, the expanded metals cause a large number of flow vortices, resulting in optimal electrolyte exchange with comparatively high deposition rates.
