Sustainable production

The mobile and standardized ion exchanger circulation systems of the IONEX MB series with exchanger cartridges for external regeneration produce fully demineralized water quickly and cost-effectively. The systems therefore contribute to optimum surface quality. By installing a rinse water treatment system at several rinsing points, there is also no risk of carry-over and accumulation of undesirable water constituents (organics, complexing agents) in the rinsing baths. By correctly designing the hydraulic capacity, the cation-anion circuit - optionally with an upstream solids filter - achieves continuous treatment of rinsing water. (Area of application: PCB production and electroplating surface treatment).

We offer all types of Ion exchangers to:

Cation exchanger

Ion exchange resin that absorbs positively charged ions (cations) from the water and exchanges them for protons (H+) or sodium ions (Na+) is exchanged.

Softener resin (which is used for water softening systems) falls into this category

In these ion exchange resins, negatively charged ions (anions) are absorbed from the water and exchanged for hydroxide (OH-) or chloride ions (Cl-) exchanged.

This ion exchanger is a special resin. It consists of a mixture of cation resin and anion resin. As a result, it absorbs both cations and anions from the water, allowing the water to be fully demineralized.

All positively charged ions (cations) are replaced by protons (H+) and all negatively charged ions (anions) are replaced by hydroxide ions (OH-) exchanged.

This is a collection of different ion exchange resins, all of which have been designed for special purposes and are often significantly more expensive than regular resin types
