Our filter units are designed for particle and fine filtration of electroplating and chemical baths as well as process water. Equipped with seal-less magnetically coupled centrifugal pumps in PP/PVDF/ECTFE design, the filter systems are particularly suitable for treating acids and alkalis.

The magnetically coupled centrifugal pump operates without seals and is environmentally friendly. All components are functionally assembled on a console and ready for operation. The pump and piping are made of chemical-resistant plastic. The spatial separation of the pump and filter housing largely prevents contamination of the pump during filter replacement.

Compared to filter housing T1, filter housing T2 is equipped with a pressure meter for monitoring filter occupancy and venting. The design and installation of the filter housings allow for quick and user-friendly replacement of the filter cartridges.
