The wastewater treatment is designed as a circulation or continous flow systems. With the circulation system, the entire rinsing water volume can be cleaned and returned to the process. Therefore, a practically wastewater-free PCB production is guaranteed.

   Single-use ion exchange unit for the production of demineralised water

Precious metals (e.g. gold, silver, rhodium, palladium) can be recovered and regenerated from the rinse water by using special ion exchange resins. The regeneration of ion exchange resins is offered as a service and is therefore an economical solution in the wastewater treatment process.
