The developing and etching modules can be operated separately as table modules or combined on a base frame as stand-alone units.
The circuit board to be treated is clamped in a clamping device and guided through the entire developing, etching and rinsing process without having to be reclamped. The continuous circulation of developer and foam etching solution enables fast and uniform development and etching of the PCBs. The systems in the ETCHING CENTER V series are suitable for prototypes and small series production up to a board size of 200 x 300 mm or 300 x 400 mm. High-quality PCBs with a PCB structure of < 100 μm can be produced in a short processing time. The systems are equipped with multiple rinses and are characterized by their clean and compact operation. Thanks to the modular design, the devices can be expanded with various additional modules for surface treatment.
