TAILORED TO YOUR PROCESS

Functional principle

The modular systems include all process steps from development, etching and rinsing (optional stripping) in one device and enable the production of high-quality PCB structures from 50-100µm. The devices are suitable for prototype and small series production up to a maximum board size of 600x700mm.

The innovative rotary spray systems in the modules ensure particularly uniform and intensive treatment of the entire circuit board surface. The systems are equipped with multiple rinses and are characterised by their clean and compact operation. Thanks to their modular design, the units can be expanded with a stripper module or various additional modules.

Process technology

A sealless magnetic centrifugal pump conveys the temperature-controlled treatment solution via a pipe system to the rotating rotor arms with spray nozzles. The equipped universal clamping device is hooked into the device from above and sprayed from both sides by the rotating precision spray nozzles.

The developer and etching module are each equipped with a suction filter and titanium jacket heater with temperature sensor. The control panel contains the digital timer and the digital temperature controller are integrated. Emptying takes place through a PVC diaphragm valve to the front. All parts in contact with the medium are made of chemically resistant plastic or titanium.
