Functional principle

Der modular aufgebauten Anlagen beinhalten sämtliche Prozessschritte vom Entwickeln, Ätzen und Spülen (optional Strippen) in einem Gerät und ermöglichen die Herstellung von qualitativ hochwertigen Leiterplatten-Strukturen von 50-100µm. Die Geräte sind für die Prototypen- und Kleinserienfertigung bis zu einer Plattengröße von max. 600x700mm geeignet.

Die neuartigen Rotationssprühsysteme in den Modulen ergeben eine besonders gleichmäßige und intensive Behandlung der gesamten Platinen-Oberfläche. Die Anlagen sind mit Mehrfachspülen ausgerüstet und zeichnen sich durch ihre saubere und kompakte Arbeitsweise aus. Durch den modularen Aufbau können die Geräte mit einem Strippermodul oder diversen Zusatzmodulen erweitert werden.

Process technology

A sealless magnetic centrifugal pump conveys the temperature-controlled treatment solution via a pipe system to the rotating rotor arms with spray nozzles. The equipped universal clamping device is hooked into the device from above and sprayed from both sides by the rotating precision spray nozzles.

The developer and etching module are each equipped with a suction filter and titanium jacket heater with temperature sensor. The control panel contains the digital timer and the digital temperature controller are integrated. Emptying takes place through a PVC diaphragm valve to the front. All parts in contact with the medium are made of chemically resistant plastic or titanium.
