Tank systems

In addition to our small electroplating systems, we offer a universally applicable range of small devices for functional and decorative surface processing using small bath volumes. These multifunctional devices and tank systems with a tank volume of 1.5 litres or more are ideally suited for the jewellery industry, medical technology and industrial small parts production. With a variety of different bath components, such as heaters, rectifiers, barrel units, holders, filter units and ion exchanger systems, the machines offer the optimum prerequisite for a professional surface result.

The single tank system TG with a tank volume of 5 l /10 l / 20 l and 50 l enables the individual composition of treatment tanks. The tanks can be used as galvanising or rinsing tanks. Complementary options, such as a detachable fabric movement, rectifiers, floor heating elements with temperature controllers and barrel devices, enable reliable surface treatment for different areas of application.

Small electroplating systems

The modular small electroplating system is ideally suited for goldsmiths, watchmakers, developers and laboratories in trade, craft and industry. A multifunctional rectifier, various tank supports for 1.5 litre and 3.0 litre tank sizes and coordinated electrolytes form the foundation for a professional result in electroplating. The complete system with integrated heating and bath movement can be used for electrolytic degreasing and all galvanic precious metal electrolytes.
