CCD

The CCD milling and drilling plotters are computer-controlled drilling and milling machines that are available in various table sizes. They enable direct data processing of Excellon/Sieb & Meyer drilling data or HP/GL data. The systems are suitable for the production of PCBs (drilling, milling, insulation milling) as well as for milling and engraving plastics, aluminium and other metals. The systems can be equipped with a camera for calibration and inspection tasks.

 

In addition to the mechanics, the complete package includes the RoutePro and IsoCam software packages for controlling and preparing the layout design data and the drills and milling cutters used. A high-performance high-speed spindle achieves up to 60,000 rpm. Thanks to their robust design, various system sizes and equipment options, the systems are ideally suited for PCB production, front panel production or component manufacturing.
