Deburring, fine grinding and cleaning
The standard RBM 300 brush machine (tabletop model) is used for deburring and cleaning drilled PCBs, fine grinding prior to photo processes and for cleaning sheet metal. The plate material is brushed on one side at a high oscillation frequency. The oscillation and feed speed are infinitely variable. The brush distance to the plate is automatically adjustable. Special filtration systems are available for cleaning the rinse water from copper abrasion. The simple brush change allows the use of a wide variety of brush types. After the wet process, a squeezing and warm air drying station ensures a clean surface

Floor-standing model for double-sided deburring, fine grinding and cleaning
The RBM 402 S brushing machine is designed as a stand-alone model and is used for deburring and cleaning drilled PCBs, for fine grinding prior to photo processes, and for cleaning sheet metal. The plate material is brushed on both sides with a high oscillation frequency. The oscillation and feed speed are infinitely adjustable. The brush distance to the plate is automatically adjustable. Special recirculation filtration systems are available for cleaning the rinse water from copper abrasion.
The simple brush change allows the use of a wide variety of brush types. After the wet process, a double-sided squeeze and hot air drying station ensures a clean surface. The brush systems are available with or without a base frame, belt filter system or filter unit.
