The multilayer presses of the MLP-L series are devices for the production of multilayer printed circuit boards (multilayers) for prototype and small series production.
In der Anlage können Mehrlagen-Schaltungen aus unterschiedlichen Leiterplattenmaterialien miteinander verpresst werden. Eine gleichmäßige hydraulische Druckverteilung in Kombination mit einem Vakuumrahmen-System sowie frei programmierbaren Vorheiz- und Prozesstemperaturen sorgt für eine optimale Materialverbindung über die gesamte Arbeitsfläche.
Mit getrennt geregelten, elektrisch beheizten Pressplatten und einem Hydrauliksystem bietet die Modellreihe MLP-L eine hohe Funktionalität für unterschiedlichste Herstellungsprozesse.
The MLP-L system is loaded with pressing tools from the front. It is operated via a graphic touchscreen panel. All process sequences are carried out automatically and managed.
Das Touchscreen Panel zeigt die Betriebszustände, Programmstufen und Restlaufzeiten in Echtzeit an. Die Druckregelung erfolgt stufenlos über ein hydraulisches System mittels Proportionalventil und Druckmessumformer. Die Kühlung der Anlage kann durch Luftzuführung oder optional mit Wasserkühlung erfolgen.
Beschickungsseite mit Kippelementen in der Heizplatte, was ein kontaktfreies Ablegen des Presswerkzeuges während des Beladevorgangs ermöglicht.
