For one-sided UV exposure of photo-coated base materials, films and plates

By fixing and pressing the layout template by means of a clamping device, optimum locking and transfer of the template to the plate material is achieved. The exposure process is started by means of a timer. An optional electronic ballast for instant ignition of the super-actinic UV lamps enables absolutely uniform illumination of the entire processing area.
The plate material to be exposed is placed on the foam support together with the layout template. The hinged glass plate ensures that the films and plates are pressed down firmly and evenly.
