For one-sided UV exposure of photo-coated base materials, films and plates
Fixing and pressing the layout template in place using a clamping device ensures optimum locking and transfer of the template to the plate material. The exposure process is started using a timer. An optional electronic ballast for instant ignition of the super-actinic UV lamps ensures absolutely uniform illumination of the entire working area.
The plate material to be exposed is placed on the foam pad together with the layout template. The hinged glass plate ensures good and even contact pressure between the films and plates.
