For developing, etching, neutralising, rinsing and drying single-sided or double-sided PCBs
The MINISTAR device series includes compact tabletop devices for manufacturing
single- and double-sided PCBs as well as mould-etched parts. They work with circulation development and foam etching processes and feature integrated multiple rinsing technology.
A centrifugal pump keeps the developer solution continuously circulating and ensures an even flow around the top and bottom of the photo-coated plate. This ensures excellent development across the entire working surface.
A divider separates the rinsing compartment into a pre-rinse and a clear rinse. The water flow can be precisely adjusted using a diaphragm valve. This ensures good rinsing results with low water consumption.
In the etching bath, the etching medium is blown in via a diaphragm air pump. The resulting foam is directed over an inclined surface, wetting and etching the plate evenly across the entire working surface.
