Electropolishing

Electrochemical polishing (electropolishing) and deburring significantly improves the properties of metallic surfaces, which has a positive effect on the durability of the individual components. Electropolishing is an electrochemical process for surface removal at the edge zones of workpieces. The removal is carried out with special aqueous solutions using electricity in the micro range and produces a smooth and shiny surface.

The modular systems and tank systems include all treatment tanks for the entire electropolishing process: pre-treatment (ultrasound), pickling, electropolishing, rinsing and passivation.

Electropolished metal surfaces are used in various industrial sectors, for example in medical and laboratory technology, machine and tool construction, automotive and vehicle construction as well as in chemistry, biochemistry and pharmacy.
